Allergen management at the Budapest University of Economics and Business in cooperation with colleagues from our Faculty of Economics and Informatics

On 31 January 2025, the final project meeting of our project on allergen management was successfully held at the Budapest University of Economics and Business. We worked together with three partner institutions (Selye János University, Komárno, Slovakia, Istanbul Medeniyet University, Istanbul, Turkey and Portucalense University, Porto, Portugal). The summary of our research is available on the project website and has been sent to our partners, governmental bodies and the Chamber of Agriculture. In this project, we have created a short cycle allergen management training course, which we aim for our own students, as well as for representatives of the HoReCa sector and experts in secondary schools. Our training material is also publicly available. After 26 months of activities, our project will end in February.
