Responsibilities:
- Managing and archiving of incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Convention of employee meetings on the basis of the Dean's instructions, providing the latest information to the teachers and other staff about new events and tasks by updating the notice boards or online by electronic communication
- Writing minutes of board meetings and monitoring the performance of tasks
- Working closely with faculty representatives
- Managing of the Dean’s schedule and his meetings

- Taking part in the administrative tasks relating to the elaboration of accreditation materials
- Keeping of electronic records about all events and archiving of correspondence at the Dean's Office
- Carrying out of other tasks in the scope of her job profile on the basis of instructions from her direct superiors
ene- Working closely with the Faculty Student Office
- Administration of admission documents
- Managing the database of new students
- Providing of information to the public regarding the admission process
- Providing the Faculty Students Office help during enrolment at the beginning of the academic year
- Working with the exams administration
- Keeping record of official student requests, such as requests for postponement, interruption of studies etc.
- Working with the academic information system
- Helping with the administration of state exams
- Taking part in the organisation of graduation ceremonies
